Go to My Account → Order History. Each order shows its current status (payment pending, paid, or cancelled) and full details — click into any order for items, totals, and fulfillment info.

You can pay by card (processed securely through Stripe) or choose in-person payment for local pickup, where you settle up directly with the vendor.

Open the listing and select "Message Seller," or visit the vendor's storefront and select "Message Vendor." You'll need an account to send a message, and every conversation is saved to My Account → Messages.

Create a free account, then visit the Become a car dealer page to submit your business details. Our team reviews every application before your storefront goes live — see How It Works for the full process.

Message the vendor through your order first — most issues are resolved directly between buyer and vendor. If you can't reach a resolution, contact us using the form below and include your order number; our team will step in.

Yes. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe — TUYOU never sees or stores your full card number. See our Trust & Safety page for more on how we protect buyers and sellers.

If your order hasn't been paid yet, message the vendor directly to arrange a cancellation. Paid card orders can't be self-cancelled from your account yet — contact Support with your order number and we'll help.
