Vendor Verification
Every seller applies before they can list anything. Our admin team reviews each application — business details, categories, location — before a storefront goes live, and can suspend any vendor who violates our standards.
Secure Payments
Card payments are processed through Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. For in-person deals, payment happens directly between you and the vendor, on your terms.
Every Conversation Is Recorded
Messages between buyers and vendors happen inside TUYOU, not over text or email — so if something goes wrong, there's always a clear record of what was agreed.
Order Protection
Card orders are only marked paid once Stripe confirms the charge, and you'll be notified immediately if a payment fails so nothing falls through the cracks.
Tips for a Safe Transaction
- Keep all communication about a listing inside TUYOU messaging — it's the record you'll want if something needs to be resolved later.
- For in-person pickups, meet in a well-lit, public location when possible, and inspect the item before paying in person.
- Read the full listing description and specs, and ask the vendor questions before you buy — especially for used vehicles and equipment.
- Never send payment outside the platform for a card order, and never share your card details directly with a vendor.
- If a listing or vendor seems off, report it through Support before making an offer.
